Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts for key roles, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality talent. Develop and implement talent retention strategies, including succession planning and career development programs. Design and execute performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Coach managers on effective performance management practices. Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and employee engagement initiatives. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Support leadership development initiatives to build a strong management pipeline. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization Provide guidance on HR-related legal and regulatory compliance. Secondary Duties: Acting as key account manager to follow up on some oversea client. Some administrative work. Job Skill Requirements: Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytic tools. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable. Candidate requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA degree preferred). 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role. Experience in North American or Europe multinational enterprise is a must.
