CSCEC Saudi’s modular construction business focuses on residential, commercial, and public building scenarios. We develop efficient, green, and intelligent modular products to advance construction industrialization and meet diversified client needs. Modular Integrated Construction (MIC), a key direction of construction industrialization, refers to decomposing a building into modular “units” and integrating the structural system, façade/envelope system, interior fit-out system, and MEP services within factories. On site, the building is rapidly assembled into an integrated whole through reliable connection methods.
