Founded in Shanghai in 2018, Hezhu Craftsmanship is a leading Chinese brand in precision construction and digital management. Over 7 years, we have expanded to 80+ partner cities, 30+ showrooms across China, and published the industry's first Craftsmanship Blueprint. We established the CNS (Craftsmanship Construction Standards System). We are not a traditional contractor but a design realization solution provider – integrating BIM digital management, industrial prefabrication, and standardized processes to deliver high‑end residential, boutique hotels, commercial spaces, and brand showrooms.

Our Presence in Saudi Arabia
Saudi is our first overseas market, aligned with Vision 2030. Since 2026, we have been building a local operation team, a partner network (design firms, developers, suppliers), and an experience center showcasing craftsmanship, advanced materials, digital management, and BIM integration. Joining means becoming part of the founding team in the region, with direct exposure to international projects and fast‑track career growth.

Open Positions
Business Development & Marketing, Project Coordination, Arabic Translation & Commercial Assistance, Administration & Operations Support.

招聘方向
商务拓展与市场推广、项目协调专员、阿拉伯语翻译与商务助理、行政与运营支持。

Requirements
Must have: Fluent Arabic and English (mandatory); working knowledge of Chinese; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in architecture/interior design/project management/marketing/social media operations.

要求
必备：阿拉伯语流利 + 英语流利（硬性），会中文；熟练办公软件；良好沟通能力。
加分：建筑/室内设计/项目管理/市场营销/社媒运营经验。
